Mill Bay Ferry - Brentwood Bay, BC (April 18th, 2024)
Some footage filmed of the MV Kahloke arriving and departing from Brentwood Bay ferry terminal on the 18th of April, 2024.

Ontario Northland Bus to Toronto - Cancelled video (March 22nd, 2024)

Another video that was not to be. I booked a one-way trip from Barrie back to Toronto after my ride on the GO Transit train. There were no seats by the window available when I boarded, and the weather had gotten worse since the end of my GO Transit ride video. Luckily the bus made it as far as Hwy 407 station where I disembarked and boarded the TTC subway, instead of staying on to Yorkdale.

An addendum to the Mill Bay Ferry video with the MV Kahloke, here is the connecting bus arriving at the Mill Bay Ferry terminal at 5:15pm on May 9th, 2024. All further video clips were deleted due to this bus (4432) already having been recorded, and the position of the sun made filming difficult on this west/northbound route.

Several trains at West Brompton station near Earl's Court. DB 66002 in EWS livery passes through northbound with a train of IZA wagons. Southern 377207 arrives with a train for Clapham Junction. London Overground 378220 departs towards Clapham Junction, as a District Line S7 Underground train arrives behind it, from Wimbledon.

I don't see space for luggage?? Where do you put 7 large check-in suitcase & 5 carry on luggage?
Carry-on luggage can be stowed in the overhead rack above the windows. There are luggage racks for larger cases, but not in all carriages. It's likely they were at the other end of the train.
@@Welwyn22 How do we find out which carriage has a luggage rack so we don't have to run up & down the platform trying to find a carriage with a luggage rack?
Ask the station staff or the guard/conductor on the train. They should know which carriages have luggage bins.

Concrete suspension, according to the driver xD But yeah, they definitely aren't comfortable over potholes or speed humps
I'm glad they added a rear destination sign on the newer buses. They should have had those when Victoria had cutaways.

@@Welwyn22 It is now called Southern Railway of Vancouver Island. It is owned by Southern Railway of B.C., which is part of the Washington Group of companies owned by Dennis Washington.

But when I took the southbound bus, the direction was different. Instead of Millgate, the southbound 501 went to Davies transit center, where the new Valley Line LRT is. I'm also guessing Davies Transit Center replaced Millgate Transit Center.
This was filmed before the Valley Line opened, so it's likely the route changed within the last year or so.
I take this bus route almost every week
4:01 Miway XDE meets a TTC XDE
We went Sudbury to Chapleau (2/3rds the way to White River) return in September 2022. Two car unit that journey. A super trip, not to be missed or forgotten.

That was rare seeing the Class 317/3 on the Hertford East Branch line and the West Angila Main Line working out of London Liverpool Street and the Class 317/3s that time normally works the London Kings Cross to Peterborough and Cambridge services alongside the Class 365s and later joined by the Class 321s from London Midland back in 2008-2009 and the Class 317/3 didn't get transferred to Greater Angila until May 2017 when they were replaced by the Class 387s cascaded from Thameslink after the Class 387s on the Thameslink route got replaced by the Class 700s
When the Class 317/5s and Class 317/6s are unavailable on the Hertford East Branch Line, like they could be working the Stansted Express services to Stansted Airport, working the London Liverpool Street to Cambridge services or could be working the London Liverpool Street to Ipswich services on the Great Eastern Main Line covering for the Class 321s which are unavailable or working the London Liverpool Street to Norwich services the London Liverpool Street to Hertford East services are normally worked by the Class 315s when the Class 317s are working the different routes
The 317s were all used interchangeably on West Anglia and Great Northern lines, until April 2006 when First Capital Connect took over the Great Northern part of the franchise. Both 'one' and 'wagn' were National Express franchises. The 317/3s allocated to Ilford after 2005 were renumbered to 317/5s and were repainted over the next couple of years. This was unpainted 317507 still in wagn livery. The FCC units remained allocated to Hornsey. 315s were the most common units on the Hertford branch, with 317s usually appearing on peak period diagrams until this was reversed in February 2006.
@Welwyn22 The dark Blue Class 317s were allocated from London Kings Cross alongside the Class 365s and the Class 321s and the light Blue Class 317s and the Green Class 317s used for the Stansted Express were allocated from London Liverpool Street and the Class 315s were transferred to TFL Rail later Crossrail or the Elizabeth Line and London Overground in May 2015 leaving the Hertford East Branch Line to be operated entirely by the Class 317 units with the 12 Class 317/3s transferred from Great Northern in May 2017 and sometimes the Class 379 units from Stansted Express when the Class 317s are unavailable

I took a GO TRANSIT 19 from Finch to Square One to take the 2005 MiWay on 3 BLOOR from Square One to Islington during the holidays in 2019 after leaving the 2003 YORK REGION TRANSIT on 88 BATHURST from Seneca College King Campus which was during the first WinterFest at Canada's Wonderland.

They have all been retired over the past couple of months. There might be one left, now.
MTA New York recently retired these buses from their fleet.
These buses are gradually being retired now, by the TTC.
